Mary Wendy A. Duran

Atty. Mary Wendy Duran obtained her Juris Degree (J.D.) Non-Thesis from San Beda University, Mendiola, Manila, Philippines and was admitted into the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in 2007. Atty. Duran completed her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) from AMA Computer University, Project 8, Quezon City, Philippines in 2001
Atty. Duran currently heads the litigation team of the firm which focuses in following areas: Family, Civil, Criminal, and Special Proceedings. Atty. Duran has extensive exposure in Annulment, Adoption, Change of Name, Cancellation or Correction of Entries in the Civil Registry, Guardianship and Custody of Minor Children, Temporary and Protection Order Proceedings, Partition of Estate, and Probate of Last Will & Testament and Declaration of Absence and Death.
She has also successfully assisted corporate clients in their dissolution and bankruptcy proceedings, Court of Tax Appeals cases, and corporate and commercial transactions e.g. joint ventures, licensing arrangements and mergers & acquisitions.
Atty. Duran is also a licensed financial planner and Real Estate Broker having passed the Board Exam in 2015.

Rhonaliza B. Burce
Senior Associate
Atty. Rhonaliza B. Burce received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from De La Salle University – Manila in 2016 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies major in European Studies degree from De La Salle University – Manila in 2011.
She joined the firm in September 2017. Atty. Burce is part of the corporate team. Her field of practice includes corporate law, commercial Law, labor law and special projects (e.g. PEZA registrations, DOLE licenses, and tax clearances in preparation for government public bidding).
She renders corporate housekeeping services and gives legal advice to clients intending to do business or invest in the Philippines. She is also involved in the drafting and review of commercial contracts, rendition of legal opinions on corporate structuring, due diligence involving mergers and acquisition, tax planning, and liaises with relevant government agencies for regulatory requirements.

Maeshach F. Mariano-Sombilon

Atty. Maeshach F. Mariano-Sombilon obtained her J.D. Non Thesis (previously Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)) and completed her Bachelor of Arts Major in Legal Studies from the Lyceum of the Philippines University. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018 and joined the firm in the same year.
Atty. Mariano-Sombilon is part of the litigation and the corporate team. Her practice focuses on quasi-judicial agencies (e.g. HLURB and NLRC) and assisting high net worth individual clients in their property acquisitions and negotiations.

Jocelyn Lumbres

Atty. Jocelyn Lumbres earned her J.D. Non Thesis (previously Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)) from the Lyceum of the Philippines University and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018. She graduated from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Filipino (Minor in Mass Communication) in 2001.
Atty. Lumbres is part of the litigation team of the firm handling various cases in family, criminal, labor and administrative proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Atty. Lumbres had a short stint with the government at the Privatization and Management Office.
